Tom Brady’s Wellness Company, TB12, Partners with Wynn Las Vegas Resort

TB12, the holistic health and wellness company founded by NFL quarterback Tom Brady and body coach Alex Guerrero, has partnered with Wynn Las Vegas to offer health and wellness options to guests, Wynn Las Vegas announced on Sept. 12.

The resort began offering TB12 body coaching sessions on Sept. 22 to both resort guests and visitors.

It is the latest partnership for TB12, which also has a partnership in which it offers TB12 workouts at two Equinox clubs in New York City along with a partnership with HSS Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida, and one with the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia. The brand has two of its own facilities in the Boston area and one in Tampa, Florida.

The TB12 workouts were modeled and inspired by the training regimen of Brady and Guerrero, who has been Brady’s longtime body coach. Forty-five-year-old Brady played for 20 seasons for the New England Patriots and now plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The TB12 workouts are built on the TB12 Method, a series of daily habits across five pillars: pliability, nutrition, hydration, movement and mental fitness. The TB12 Method integrates these pillars, designed around muscle recovery and injury prevention to achieve longevity and pain-free living, through the help of body coach experts.

“After our successful collaboration with the Wynn for The Match back in June, it was a natural next step to make this partnership official on behalf of TB12,” Brady said in the announcement. “Our TB12 body coaches who are the heart and soul of our business and experts in the field of health and wellness will be able to provide guests the exact blueprint of the work Alex and I have been doing together all these years. The addition of the TB12 experience to the Wynn’s already premium lineup of wellness-focused offerings is an incredible opportunity for our team to reach all guests looking to continue their health and wellness goals while traveling.”

The body coach sessions will be located within the Encore Fitness Center. The body coaches will develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates the TB12 method and each of the five pillars. In addition, nutritional snacks and TB12 smoothies and supplements will be available at Encore Juice Bar.

“TB12 is expanding rapidly in the marketplace, and as we looked for a new partner on the West Coast, we knew the Wynn could bring forward an integrated wellness program for their visitors of all ages and level of activity,” Grant Shriver, CEO of TB12, said.  “We’re thrilled to bring TB12 to the Vegas strip, activating at the highest level at one of the most prestigious resorts.”

The Wynn Las Vegas already offered amenities such as spa services, an 18-hole golf course, and NutriDrip by Clean Market.

“The introduction of TB12 signifies a fresh approach to wellness at our resort,” said Brian Gullbrants, president of Wynn Las Vegas. “Offering guests a way to maintain their wellness goals while on-the-go demonstrates our commitment to providing unique amenities not found anywhere else in Las Vegas.”

The TB12 method is being piloted in some schools in Florida, but it has detractors who say that the method is not based in science. Others point to Guerrero’s past in which the Federal Trade Commission fined him $65,000 in a settlement in which Guerrero promised to not claim that he was a doctor or to make false or unsubstantiated claims about food, drugs or supplements, according to an article in the Washington Post.Club NewsIndustry News
