New Britain fitness center closes abruptly

 According to court documents, property owner Federal Realty Investment Trust received a judgment of more than $120,000 against Better Bodies in May. Bucks County Sheriff’s officers were given the OK to seize the property last month.Michael Bannon, director of Bucks County Consumer Protection, said he hadn’t received any complaints as of Friday morning. But customers who paid for contracts and haven’t received refunds can call his office at 215-348-7442.
