Since 1976, World Gym has been at the epicenter of the modern fitness scene. Now with 210 locations globally and 34 locations in Canada, World Gym is a leader in the industry. With 4 newly signed locations in Windsor, LaSalle, Orillia and Hamilton completed to date for 2015 and an additional 5 locations to be finalized by the end of the year, it has been a great growth year for World Gym.

Now, this this year alone they are on track to secure close to 200,000 square feet of retail in Southern Ontario with expansion plans across the country in the next five years ”

World Gym plans on continuing their trajectory of growth with 8-10 new locations opening annually over the next 5 years across Canada. Averaging 10,000 members per club and 2,000 workouts per day, each Canadian World Gym is changing lives in a positive way through affordable fitness.

Following the recent International Council of Shopping Centre (ICSC) in Toronto this past October 6th and 7th at the Convention Centre, it was clear to see that there was a buzz about the World Gym expansion. Many large landlords and REITS are working with World Gym to secure space in their shopping centers.
