Life Time, a well-known athletic club and co-working space provider, has opened its first location in the state of Oregon. The newly opened club, called Life Time Beaverton, is situated in the Portland suburb of Beaverton. Spanning an impressive 190,000 square feet and featuring three stories, this facility is one of the largest in the Life Time portfolio. The opening of Life Time Beaverton brings the company’s presence to a total of 30 states and 42 major markets across the United States.
Life Time Beaverton includes a range of amenities and services to cater to the health and wellness needs of its members. The athletic club features dedicated studios for various group fitness activities such as cycle, barre, yoga, and Pilates. It also offers one-on-one personal training as well as small group training programs like Alpha, GTX, and Ultra Fit Training. Additionally, the club provides a dedicated space called LT Recovery, which focuses on athletic performance and recovery. Here, members can access metabolic assessments, nutrition coaching, sports and athletic recovery treatments, as well as chiropractic and physical therapy care.
