Health Club sells for $4.5 million
The property which houses Le Club tennis and health club, in Glendale, has been sold for $4.5 million, according to documents filed with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds.
Le Club, 2001 W. Good Hope Road, has 13 tennis courts, including 10 indoor courts; two indoor swimming pools, and one outdoor pool. It was sold by an affiliate of Dallas-based ClubCorp Club Operations Inc. to a group affiliated with Elite Sports Clubs, which operates four other Milwaukee-area health clubs.
Elite in announced it had agreed to buy Le Club. Financial terms of the business sale were not disclosed.
