Health Club News…..The all famous Gold’s Gym is now open to the fitness freaks in Mangalore. Equipped with its high end fitness machines, it has not compromised on the quality of work outs for those who really want to look fit as a fiddle or even fitter. The gym is well renowned for training celebrities and actors like ,and Rapper Eminem and now Mangalore also has its own Gold’s gym to train the health conscious people. The gym is endowed with the equipment which is brought straight from the US from a company called ‘Cybex’ which specializes in the fitness equipment such as the cycling machine, body building and even walking machines. Ashraf Merchant who is the owner of this gym said that Mr. Yenepoya Abdullah had adviced him as a guide to set up a gym in Mangalore as he said that there is a need for proper health training institution for all the fitness freaks to work out with all the high tech instruments and equipment. One of the persons who has enrolled to seek training in Gold’s Gym said that he was shocked to see such an amazing place in Mangalore dedicated for body building and toning. He also said that after looking at all the equipment the gym had, he was waiting for the day when he would start working out there. Apart from the machines, the flooring is the places where the fitness machines are kept are made of wood and the places where the work out on weights happen is of rubber to cushion the person’s body and give them proper grip while working out. The gym also comes with a DJ to play music when the cardio exercise is In progress, trainers and nutrition experts as well as facilities of body massage and steam bath for effective body toning.
