Health club joins the Virgin Active family

THE Peterborough Esporta Health Club and Gym has joined the Virgin Active group after the fitness centres were bought out earlier in the summer.The business in Thorpe Wood Business Park, Longthorpe, is one of 55 Esporta outlets to become part of the 122-strong Virgin family.From the beginning of September, the international brand fitness centre has been selling Virgin Active memberships and, according to membership manager Mark Drake, Virgin will reinvest in the gym, including rebranding of the business and refurbishment, over the coming 12 months.
