Dublin’s Club at Corazon fetches $3.5 million bid in online auction

The Club at Corazon, a Dublin health club and restaurant, attracted an anonymous high bid of $3.5 million in an auction that ended Wednesday.

The club was sold at auction.com by its Arizona owner, PEM Real Estate Group, which has owned the property for three years.

Bryan Savage, owner of Savage Real Estate, listed the property.

The Mediterranean-style club, which is about 58,000 square feet, sits at the edge of a lake off Hyland-Croy Road in the Tartan West neighborhood.
