Dwight Selby, the Ormond Beach realty firm’s CEO, represented the retail plaza’s landlord, MDSS Inc., in negotiating the lease renewal with Gold’s Gym.

With the expansion of the fitness center, the retail plaza whose other tenants include Ace Hardware, Bright House Networks and a Halifax Humane Society thrift shop, is now 100 percent occupied, according to the news release.
