McClellan says it’s a combination of things – you have to stay active. He says that is what worked for him. “I will be honest with you. I shocked myself. Dropping 86 points on cholesterol, lowered blood pressure to 118 over 80, dropping 10 percent body fat on pizza only diet – I blew everyone away.”

The idea started 5 years ago.

Back then, he was kicked out of a gym for bringing pizza in as a vendor. “So many people complained I brought a ‘junk food’ to the gym and they wanted me removed.”

He then conquered a 30-day pizza diet – to prove to everyone, it could be healthy.

“I got a doctor, got a nutritionist, got blood work … I ate one slice every 2 1/2 hours, changed up the nutritional value and for 1 hour worked out everyday,” he says.
