Florida fitness trainer accused of sexually assaulting female client during workout session

Health Club News…..A fitness trainer in Tampa, Florida is in hot water for allegedly getting too physical with one of his clients.The alleged female victim is accusing James Elbert Williams, 39, of sexual assault, claiming he fondled her as she worked out at Club Tone.During a training session on Monday, she said Williams pulled her very close to his body while she was lifting weights, then told her she was dirty for suggesting he got aroused, the St. Petersburg Times reports.Afterward, Williams allegedly told the woman, whose identity has not been revealed, that she should date him because he is wealthy and a religious man.”I was shaking my head, like ‘no way, uh-uh,'” she told the newspaper. “Then he got perturbed and said ‘I’m done.'”
The woman said she previously was working out with a female trainer, but switched to Williams after a glowing recommendation. She paid Williams $1,500 for his services.Police arrested Williams on Friday. He is charged with one count of sexual battery and is being held on $50,500 bond.
Williams was previously charged, but not convicted, of sexual battery in 2005, while he was the owner of a different fitness club.Earlier this year, Williams was exposed in a local TV report for allegedly luring women to his gym off the dating site Match.com. and deceiving them into signing up for memberships.
