Urban Active Appoints Keith Trawick as Chief Information Officer

Lexington, KY — Urban Active Fitness ranking in the top 11 Fitness Holding Companies in North America, that owns and operates 36 Health and Fitness Clubs throughout 7 states (Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia), recently tapped Keith Trawick as its Chief Operating Officer for its fitness chain.

Trawick previously served as Senior Vice-President of ABC Financial (2008-2011) where he implemented a comprehensive CRM and SFA system across all departments. Additionally, he created and managed the Merchant Services and Club Support divisions that were responsible for significantly reducing customer churn and improving overall customer satisfaction, that within three years produced over $1,000,000 annually in net profits. He also founded the company Intrannuity (2000-2008) a software and services company for the health and fitness industry. His company created core application, iFitness to serve the needs of enterprise customers and was later sold to Motionsoft in 2007. Trawick has also held the Chief Information Officer (CIO) position at New York Health and Racquet (2002–2008) and Crunch Fitness (2000-2002.)
