Up-Upmarket gyms in of all places – Vietnam. The last time I trained in a gym in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) in 1997, I paid about US$1 for a antiquated smelly, dim. stale sweat box with no air con or fans and the gym equipment was from the “stone ages.” It was a my kind of place to train. How things have changed in Vietnam.
