The secret of making a healthy Poached Egg
• Always use fresh eggs
• Pour water into sauce-pan or pot and bring it to the boil.
• Slightly grease inside the Pod with oil (olive oil, butter or coconut oil) to make the poached egg slide out easily.
• Gently crack egg and pour it into the pod
• Place the Pod on the surface of the boiling water. Caution: Be aware of the boiling water!
• Cover the sauce pan for 4 – 6 minutes to get your egg poached. Timing depends on how harden you want your egg poached
• Remove the Pod from the boiling water using a tong or spatula
• Slide and flip the pod inside out and your poached egg easily come out – there you have it! An EGGscellent way to start your breakfast…a perfect one.
