38,000 Square Foot L.A. Fitness Under Construction

L.A. Fitness is going up near the corner of Panola Road and Covington Highway.

The new workout center will be across from the shopping center anchored by Big Lots and the now-shuttered Frank Theatres.

Among the 38,000 square foot facility’s amenities for members will be a swimming pool, kids club, personal training, fitness classes, basketball, free weights and state-of-the-art equipment, according to information at its preview center at 6746 Covington Highway, Suite 103, in Lithonia, a few doors down from the Dollar Tree.

L.A. Fitness is also in the process of building a new location on the Gwinnett County side of Stone Mountain.
