Planet Fitness Scheduled to Open Second Club in Columbus

Planet Fitness, the innovative health club franchise known for its Judgement Free Zone® and affordable prices, announced plans to open its second location in Columbus, GA. The club is scheduled to open by mid-August and is located at 5600 Milgen Road, at the corner of Woodruff Farm Road and Milgen Road, next to Ollie’s.

Between now and August 16, you can join the new Planet Fitness for just $1 down and $10 a month, with no commitment online or at the Columbus club. In addition to the sale, the club will be hosting a series of three-day events on July 29^th through 31^st,August 12^th through the 14^th, and August 19^th through the 21^st that will be filled with activities, food, fun and a chance to win a Planet Fitness mountain bike, whitewater rafting tickets and more.

The new 20,000 square foot Planet Fitness will offer an extensive selection of the latest cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, stair climbers and stationary bikes, each connected to its own HDTV; state of the art strength equipment for both upper and lower body, a 30-Minute Express Circuit and luxurious locker rooms with day lockers and showers. The club will also feature a PF Black Card Spa, with multi-level tanning, HydroMassage® beds and lounges as well as reclining massage chairs. Unlimited fitness training is also included in all memberships at no additional charge. Once open, the club will be open and fully staffed 24 hours from Monday at 12:00 a.m. through Friday night at 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
